Kim T Designs accepts Paypal and Money Order.

ORDERS
Online orders can be taken 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Item(s) will be posted within 4 Business days,(excluding weekends and public holidays), upon receipt of cleared payment if we have product in stock here in Australia. Generally most orders will take up to 4 weeks. (This is because we order them as you want them from the UK) Please see ORDERING YOUR FABRIC & FOR MORE INFO

Any cancellations must be done As Soon AS Possible for all orders. If item has already been dispatched, it will become the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for return postage of item(s). All items must be returned in perfect condition for full refund (minus postage). Any returns will require prior approval.

COMBINED SHIPPING FOR MORE THAN 1 ITEM IN YOUR ORDER
Currently you will need to contact me first, if you would like to order more than 1 item per purchase. You can order as many items as you like, however i am having technical problems with the ‘CHECKOUT’ in this store which does not calculate the total shipping on more than 1 item. I can work out the combined shipping for both items together and you will receive a discount for this too.

ORDERS OF GIFTS FOR OTHERS
Please allow 2-3 weeks when sending a Kim T Designs Fabric Wall Hanging as a gift to someone else, as i am not responsible for postage delivery times. Free gift wrapping includes paper or gift bag with a small blank card included, that i will write a message of your choice on. If you are sending a gift at Christmas time please order before 1st November as postage may take longer at this time of the year. All other postage rules apply as stated below.

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given for FAULTY goods. Kim T Designs accepts no responsibility for LOST or DAMAGED GOODS once they leave our hands/whilst in transit.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
KIM T DESIGNS USES EITHER AUSTRALIA POST OR FASTWAY COURIERS FOR ALL DELIVERIES. AUSTRALIA POST WILL ONLY POST ITEMS UP TO A CERTAIN SIZE AND THEREFOR I NEED TO USE A COURIER FOR THE LARGER PARCELS(the couriers also have a limit so i can not guarantee that all large item can be delivered to you either, please see Price List on top of home page for more info and contact me so i can get a quote for you).
PLEASE NOTE THAT AUSTRALIA POST CALCULATES THESE ITEMS BY THEIR CUBIC SIZE AND NOT THEIR ACTUAL WEIGHT***
When a postage fee is determined, the weight used also includes packaging as this adds to the total weight of the article in which Aust Post will charge for.
I have used Australia Post’s online parcel calculator to obtain the amounts that are used in my checkout. These prices are subject to change at any time, by Australia Post. These postage prices are correct at the time of input.

Australia Post Terms and Conditions state that it is up to the Addressee to file a complaint if an item is damaged when you receive it. You will need to fill in a form PM26 obtained from and lodge at Australia Post, also taking the packaging along with you as evidence and the product that is damaged too. You can contact me for the REGISTERED POST INVOICE NUMBER TO TAKE ALONG to help with the investigation.
Kim T Designs accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged items once they leave our hands, it is AUSTRALIA POST YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT.

DISCLAIMER
I will endeavour to do my best to acquire more fabric of a particular pattern, colour etc, but will not be held liable if said fabric is no longer available or I cannot (without reasonable effort) find it again.
