AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY TERMS/CONDITIONS
Items will be dispatched using AUSTRALIA POST REGISTERED PARCEL MAIL. THE REGISTERED PARCEL POSTAGE FEE WILL INCLUDE INSURANCE, PACKAGING & HANDLING.
Australia Post Terms and Conditions state that it is up to the Addressee to file a complaint if an item is damaged when you receive it. You will need to fill in a form PM26 obtained from and lodge at Australia Post, also taking the packaging along with you as evidence and the product that is damaged too. You can contact me for the REGISTERED POST INVOICE NUMBER TO TAKE ALONG to help with the investigation.
KIM T DESIGNS accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged items once they leave our hands, it is AUSTRALIA POST YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT.
Where an article is lodged for domestic carriage only the sender may claim for loss of an article and only the addressee may claim for damage to an article provided, however, either party may irrevocably assign in writing, its right to claim to the other.
COMBINED SHIPPING USING AUSTRALIA POST FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASE ON THE SAME ORDER
Currently you will need to contact me first, if you would like to order more than 1 item per purchase. You can order as many items as you like, however i am having technical problems with the ‘CHECKOUT’ in this store which does not calculate the total shipping on more than 1 item. If you just let me know that you would like for example 2 metres of one Fabric along 1 metre of another, i can work out the combined shipping for both items together and you will receive a discount for shipping on the parcel.
PAYPAL PAYMENT
Kim T Designs prefers Paypal, however with prior arrangement, money order payment is available for Australian residents.(Note, items will not be posted until funds are received in full and are clear effects).
8 WEEK LAY-BY AVAILABLE
Lay-by is available in this store. Free to set up. You will have to email me with your details, name, address ect, do not proceed to checkout. I will remove the item/items from the store so it can be secured for you. You will need to pay me 10% of the total purchase price (including delivery fee) for your first payment within 5 days of starting the Lay-by. I will work out the amount for you. You will then have 8 weeks from that date to finalize your total amount owing (+ extra for delivery fee) and then item will be dispatched.
I will email you each time a payment is made, telling you the amount you have owing. All Lay-by’s can be cancelled, a refund will be sent to your paypal account less the first deposit amount. This is because the item/items are no longer listed and they could have been sold in that time.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING AT KIM T DESIGNS
Any purchase that you make that is a gift for someone i will gift wrap it for FREE. I will also include a FREE gift card that will have your own personal message. All you have to do is email me after checkout, i will need the recipients name,gender and gift occasion (eg Birthday, Christmas ect) and the special message you wish to have on the card. I can also post it directly to them. ( The postage fee may vary due to different destination) Just let me know in the email and i can work out the postage difference.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR YOUR FABRIC
International Shipping is despatched using Australia Post. The prices vary greatly for international shipping and therefore you need to email me with your details and i will work out your individual shipping fee based upon the country you live in.
I have used an approx shipping price in checkout, on all products advertised on the website for overseas purchases. I used the Australia Post Online Calculator to get these amounts.
The postage for Fabric here will still be charged as follows - $8.95 AUD which is the price of a 500g satchel inside Australia or $13.25 for a up to 3kg satchel from Australia Post. And both of these prices include insurance as well.
