Australia Post Terms and Conditions state that it is up to the Addressee to file a complaint if an item is damaged when you receive it. You can order as many items as you like, however i am having technical problems with the ‘CHECKOUT’ in this store which does not calculate the total shipping on more than 1 item. If you just let me know that you would like the Fabric Art along with the Matching Cushions or 2 pieces of Fabric Art, i can work out the combined shipping for both items together and you will receive a discount for this too. <h1>COURIER DELIVERY FOR LARGER ART</h1> Any piece of Kim T Designs Wall Art that is larger than 100cm in width or height will need to be couriered to you. The only Courier Service available to me is Fastway Couriers and they also have limits on what can and can’t be delivered by them. Price for courier will depend on where you live, and if it can be Couriered at all, so please <a href="mailto:kimtdesigns@aapt.net.au">email me</a> first if you wish to get a quote for delivery of larger pieces. <h1>PAYPAL PAYMENT OPTIONS</h1> Kim T Designs prefers Paypal, however with prior arrangement, money order payment is available for Australian residents.(Note, items will not be posted until funds are received in full and are clear effects). <h1>8 WEEK LAY-BY AVAILABLE</h1> Lay-by is available in this store. Free to set up. You will have to email me with your details, name, address ect, do not proceed to checkout. I will remove the item/items from the store so it can be secured for you. You will need to pay me 10% of the total purchase price (including delivery fee) for your first payment within 5 days of starting the Lay-by. I will work out the amount for you. You will then have 8 weeks from that date to finalize your total amount owing (+ extra for delivery fee) and then item will be dispatched. I will email you each time a payment is made, telling you the amount you have owing. All Lay-by’s can be cancelled, a refund will be sent to your paypal account less the first deposit amount. This is because the item/items are no longer listed and they could have been sold in that time. If you have any questions contact me. <h1>FREE GIFT WRAPPING AT KIM T DESIGNS</h1> Any purchase that you make that is a gift for someone i will gift wrap it for FREE. I will also include a FREE gift card that will have your own personal message. I can also post it directly to them. I have used an approx shipping price in checkout, on all products advertised on the website for overseas purchases. I used the Australia Post Online Calculator to get these amounts.
