The Gift Certificates at Kim T Designs are a prepaid online store value that can be spent on products at the Kim T Designs online shop, www.kimtdesigns.com

GIFT VOUCHERS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH
GIFT VOUCHERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Your Gift Certificate will only be mailed to you in the post, with its unique issue number on the back. This issue number will also help in the verification process during an actual purchase using a Certificate.

The only way that you can redeem your Gift Certificate is to CONTACT ME prior to making your order and i will organize your purchase but do not order through the website as there is no way of inputting the Certificate to your transaction. I do hope that the website host will change this in the near future.

A Gift Certificate can be used as a part payment as long as the outstanding balance is paid on completion of the transaction via other means like Paypal or other, agreed on by Kim and you. Or you may use you Gift Certificate as whole payment as long as it equals the value of the purchase price and that also has to include postage/shipping as well other wise extra payment will be needed to complete transaction.

The Gift Certificate is your responsibility and YOU WILL NEED TO USE IT WITHIN 12 MONTHS of the original purchase date. It is up to you to give this information to the person you are giving it to as Kim T Designs will not be responsible for this.

There will also be other verification processes and therefor Kim will need the name of the Gift Certificate Recipient. If the identity of a Gift Certificate Recipient can not be validated at the time of purchase, the purchase may be cancelled. You, as the person buying the Certificate, for someone else, may need to be contacted again by Kim to verify identity of the purchaser. You must be available by phone or email for this process.
